The Great Donut Lecture

I had the honor to study under Dr. Sensenig in 2000 at his clinic in Connecticut. Jim was an excellent doctor and a compassionate man.  I fondly remember one lecture in the great hall at National.  It’s early morning and the hall is packed. First slide is projected on the screen. Jim is standing there coyly looking around.  He taps the microphone.   Everyone quiets respectfully.  Jim pulls a donut box from the shelf of the lecturn, opens it and grabs a donut and takes a big bite.  That’s when I knew that I wanted to learn from him. Thank you for your guidance and leadership to the Naturopathic calling. Rest in Peace Dr. Jim Sensenig.
